About this scholarship
Massachusetts waives 100% of tuition and fees for state-supported courses at Massachusetts public colleges and universities for DCF foster youth under age 25.
Who can apply
Applicants must have been in DCF custody through age 18, or have been adopted or placed in guardianship through DCF, and be under 25.
