About this scholarship
Georgia waives tuition, fees and, where applicable, on-campus housing for students with foster care or DFCS adoption history who attend a Technical College System of Georgia school. Eligibility is determined on a rolling basis rather than by deadline.
Who can apply
Applicants must be under 28 and currently in foster care, have experienced foster care, or have been placed for adoption by the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services.
