About this scholarship

The nation's first Guardian Scholars program, founded in 1998 to support current and former foster youth through a bachelor's degree, and extended to graduate and post-baccalaureate students in 2023. Donor funded.

Who can apply

Applicants must be current or former foster youth admitted to or enrolled at Cal State Fullerton.
