About this scholarship
Provides financial, academic and student support for young people who are or have been in foster care and are enrolled in a qualified college, university or vocational program. Awards are based on unmet need.
Who can apply
Was in US foster care on or after the 16th birthday, or adopted from US foster care after the 16th birthday. US citizen or qualified non-citizen, under 26 for first-time applicants, high school diploma or GED, personal assets under $10,000.
